1. About the service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern access to and use of Sanctuary journal by any user (hereinafter "the User").

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Sanctuary journal, the User fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms of Service. If the User does not agree to these terms, they must immediately stop using the application. The Publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes take effect upon publication within the application. Users will be notified of any material changes.

5. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use Sanctuary journal in compliance with applicable law and these ToS. The User must not:

  • Use the application for any unlawful or harmful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent or disable any security measures of the application

6. User Content

Journal entries and content created by the User within Sanctuary journal remain the exclusive property of the User. The Publisher claims no ownership over such content. User content is stored on secure servers. The Publisher implements appropriate technical measures to ensure its confidentiality and integrity, as described in the Privacy Policy. The User is solely responsible for the content they create and store within the application.

7. Service Availability

Sanctuary journal is available 24/7, subject to maintenance operations or force majeure events. The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, including for technical or security reasons.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete a User's account in the event of a breach of these ToS, without prior notice or compensation.
